Development of any country can be judged by the availability of basic healthcare, education and infrastructure to all its citizens. Nirman Group of companies since its inception has been contributing to nation building through its construction business. Now though NFCT we would like to contribute towards healthcare, education and rural upliftment. Some of our objectives for the next 3 years are: |

| Public Health |
|
| Poor and needy villagers in backward areas have limited access to medical facilities an even if it is available, it is beyond their reach. |
|
 | We at NFCT have started work for a 30-bedded hospital at Nirman Nagri, Neral that will provide affordable medical facilities for the villages in the region. |
|
| We are organizing medical camps and free medical checkups. |
|
| We have also introduced mobile dispensary in the form of a mobile van with medical and paramedical staff moving in remote interiors with free distribution of vitamin tablets to village children, eye checkups, free distribution of spectacles etc. |
|
| We are starting a blood bank and organizing blood donation camps in urban areas, to create reserves for emergencies. |

| Education |

| We are introducing nursery, primary and secondary schools in remote areas |
|
| We are introducing computer education and other vocational training courses in rural areas |
|
| We are also facilitating distribution of educational aids to schools in backward areas |
|
| We are also starting counseling centers to provide direction and guidance to rural youth |
|
| Adoption of children |
|
| We are carrying out a drive to adopt needy children and provide for their living, education and growth. We already are supporting 30 plus children currently. We intend to take this up to 1000s in the years to come. |
