Engineer
BE Civil with an appropriate knowledge of MS Project, MS Office (Excel) and Auto Cad. Should be able to deliver excellent results with high efficiency. Fresher who is self motivated, willing to grow with hardworking and sincere work environment is welcome. Experience will be an added advantage. For an individual with excellent skills, salary is not a constraint.
Manager-Planning
Should be a Graduate + BE Civil / Diploma Civil. Should have complete knowledge about Concept Planning Scheme. Preparing Master Estimates/ B.O.Q, Submission of Plan, Knowledge about Drawing Working, Tender Documents, Architecture, Liaisoning, Tracking the project as per B.O.Q, Monitoring the progress of work as per schedule, Issuing Appointment letter to Architect, Market Survey, Assessment survey report. A multitasking individual with minimum 5 years of experience with excellence with same filed is welcome. Salary is not a constraint for right candidate with positive attitude towards work.
Sr. Architect
An individual with B.E. Civil, Post-Graduate, Nicmar Diploma/ Degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
must have following qualities:
* Consulting with people about the design of their environment.
* Advising the client on the practicality of their project.
* Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
* Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines.
* Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made.
* Solving problems that might occur during building.
* Strong communication and inter-personal negotiation skills.
* Decision making skills.
* Expertise in Architecture.
* Level of authority routinely allowed to the position.
For an individual with excellent skills, salary is not a constraint.
